Our Food

Our “proper good food” is freshly prepared by Nigel who likes to use quality local ingredients on the frequently changing seasonal menu. We make our own bread, cakes, puddings, chutneys and preserves and ensure none of our food contains anything artificial.

Our Brunch menu is served until 2 pm except on Sundays (  until 11am ish ) as we serve a Sunday Roast. At lunch time ( 12 – 2pm ) you can also enjoy our homemade soups or snacks, or our sharing boards with local beers and ciders and wines to accompany your food.

Coffee and cake served anytime and Devon Cream Teas too ! !

Our coffee is from Climpson & Sons made with our new Marzocco  coffee machine and we serve a range of Miles’ teas.

There are always homemade goodies to take home too!  Savoury & sweet tarts, cakes, preserves, sourdough bread and our own granola.
